Grammy Award-winning R&B singer D’Angelo was arrested early yesterday after allegedly offering an undercover policewoman $40 for oral sex while cruising alone through the West Village — with $12,000 stashed in his SUV.

D’Angelo, 36, whose real name is Michael Archer, was in his top-of-the-line Range Rover at Greenwich and Horatio streets at about 2:30 a.m. when he spotted a woman he took to be a prostitute, sources said.

He was arrested and charged with solicitation after asking the woman for sex, the sources said. His manager declined to comment.

Congratulations are in order for Keyshia Cole and fiancé Daniel “Boobie” Gibson. The couple welcomed a baby boy Tuesday night.

Negative views of the golfer have jumped 160% since last summer, a poll of 1,800 consumers by Q Scores found, and he now has the highest negative reaction of any athlete since Kobe Bryant fought rape accusations.

The links lothario’s new negative rating puts him in the neighborhood of Jerry Springer and Lil’ Kim, Q Scores said. Last summer his “negative” neighbors were Paul McCartney and Alicia Keys. “There were significant declines in his appeal across every demographic, from younger adults to upper income and white collar households, which typically are into the sport of golf,” said Henry Schafer, lead researcher at Q Scores, which has gauged celebrity star power for casting agents, advertisers and Fortune 500 companies for five decades.

The company produces both positive and negative Q scores for 1,750 celebrities. Woods’ new Positive Q score dropped from 28 last summer to 16 in recent weeks – meaning he was named as a favorite by only 16% of respondents who recognized his name. His Negative Q score skyrocketed from 19 last summer to 50 – meaning half of the respondents who knew him rated him negatively.

Schafer said it could take a big event to turn things around. Kobe Bryant is only 60% back after six years and an NBA championship, he said.

According to the New York Post, two party goers were arrested for attempting to settle an almost $25,000 bar tab with a counterfeit American Express card.

The pair ordered 10 bottles of Moet Nectar Rose – which cost $400 per bottle – and even sent some over for Juelz Santana’s table as a birthday gift.

Poor Katt Williams, always staying in trouble. Rumors are that Katt Williams has more to worry about than getting arrested at Walmart. Katt’s house is on the verge of foreclosure and that Phantom that he always jokes about during his stand up show has gone back to the bank.

Katt’s house in Calabasas is about to be foreclosed (see below), his Phantom Rolls Royce was re-poed. He owes millions in back taxes and now that he flaked on his show in Dallas, TX during All-Star Weekend he hasn’t returned the deposit. He also has several lawsuits pending from past employees who never got paid, and hasn’t paid his lawyers in Atlanta who helped him w/ recent situation. He refuses to do comedy shows to generate money because he told everyone he retired, so now he’s trying to set up shows where he just does a musical performance (he raps) and nobody wants to book him for that.

Poor Kitty Katt he stays in some kind of trouble…I guess some people just can’t handle fame..SMH! He will make a come back (I hope)! Thank Goodness Katts have 9 Lives…LMAO:-/
